RICK ROCKHOLD

Rick is a seasoned equipment and specialty finance executive with over 35 years of experience across capital markets, lease acquisitions, direct originations, and intermediary roles.
Most recently, he served as SVP of Capital Markets at Wingspire Equipment Finance, a portfolio company of Blue Owl Capital, where he was a key player in scaling growth to >$2.5 billion in cumulative volume.
Prior to Wingspire, Rick served in various roles at Cypress Leasing Corporation/Cypress Equipment Funds, U.S. Leasing, Southern Pacific Transportation Company, ITEL Containers/ITEL Rail and Wells Fargo Bank.
Rick’s expertise spans the entire deal lifecycle, encompassing sourcing, structuring, pricing, negotiating, and closing complex transactions, including capital leases, loans, EFAs and operating leases.
Rick holds a BBA in Finance and Management Sciences and an MA in Finance from the University of Iowa.

MIKE MIROSHNIKOV

Mike started his equipment finance career in 2001 at ICON Capital Corp. (now CION Investments). He brings over 20 years of invaluable experience and was a co-founder of several successful equipment financing platforms, including a multinational alternative investment manager that raised over $1 billion in capital.
Mike has held executive roles across business development, underwriting, operations, legal, acquisitions, and portfolio management. With deep expertise in private credit for equipment transactions, Mike brings a pragmatic and creative approach to navigating challenging situations and delivering effective solutions.
Mike holds an undergraduate degree in Finance from the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College and a JD from Brooklyn Law School.

Aaron brings over a decade of equipment finance experience and has originated more than $300 million in transactions across diverse industries and credit profiles. He specializes in structuring tailored financing solutions that align with clients’ strategic objectives and provide capital for revenue-generating assets.
Throughout his career, Aaron has held leadership and origination roles at First National Capital, Nations Equipment Finance, LaSalle Solutions, Wintrust Bank, Dext Capital, and as an independent broker. He has built a reputation for executing complex transactions and delivering solutions when traditional financing falls short.
Prior to entering the equipment finance industry, Aaron founded a boutique consulting firm and served as a Security Program Manager at Idaho Power. He also served for 12 years in the United States Air Force as a national award-winning Intelligence Officer. Aaron holds a BS in Government and Politics/Middle Eastern Studies from the University of Maryland and an MA in Theology from the South Dakota School of Divinity.

TRICIA MURRAY

Tricia brings over 20 years of experience in equipment finance operations across independent finance companies, bank-owned platforms, and advisory environments. She has led operational teams and built regulatory-compliant policies and procedures designed to support disciplined execution and scalable growth.
Her expertise spans operational infrastructure, process development, and structured controls that enhance efficiency, mitigate risk, and ensure consistency throughout the transaction lifecycle. Tricia is known for implementing systems that ensure accuracy and execution certainty across platforms.
Prior to her finance career, Tricia served in the United States Air Force and Air National Guard. She also volunteered as an operational team member and PR Director for Chesapeake K-9 Search and Rescue.

Previous roles: Founded the special opportunities groups at Highbridge Capital Management and at MSD Capital.
Graduate of the Harvard Business School, the University of Pennsylvania (Wharton School and Moore School of Electrical Engineering).

Vivek Nayar brings over two decades of experience in asset-based finance and is currently a Managing Director at Arena Investors, LP. Vivek joined Arena in 2015, where he leads the sourcing and management of investments in several commercial and consumer credit specialty finance verticals.
Vivek began his career in finance at Merrill Lynch and Bank of America where he spent 13 years in various roles including structuring and trading ABS, and principal investments in non-mortgage structured finance.
He holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from CIT in India.

Vincent has more than 20 years of experience spanning origination, underwriting, portfolio management, and valuation across a wide variety of investments.
Prior to joining Arena, Vincent served as the director of credit, lending, and portfolio management at PPMG where he was responsible for debt and equity control investments. He previously served as a managing director and was the founder of the Syndicated Loan Group within CIT.
Prior to CIT, Vincent served in various positions at GE Capital where he was responsible for originating, assessing, and managing par and distressed liquid and illiquid investments and private equity transactions. He also worked for Time Warner Mergers and Acquisitions Group and was a senior auditor at Ernst & Young.
Vincent holds a BS in accounting and an MBA in finance from Fordham University and is a CPA.
